NEAR STAKERS

Who owns the staked NEAR. A staking pool on NEAR is a contract that keeps its own ledger of delegators, and it reads that ledger out to anyone who asks — so the owner is the account id itself, with nothing to infer and no key to resolve.

Balances come from every pool that publishes a ledger. A pool that does not answer that call is counted in the totals below as unattributed rather than left out silently. Accounts ending in .lockup.near are NEAR's own vesting contracts — a fact about the account, not a claim about who is behind it.
